USC offers another DL from Hawaii

Southern Cal appears to be making the rounds in Hawaii this week. A day after offering a scholarship to Kahuku DL Aliki Vimahi, USC extended an offer to Kapolei DL Myron Tagovailoa-Amosa on Wednesday morning. Hurricanes coach Darren Hernandez confirmed the news via text. It’s the 11th scholarship offer for Tagovailoa-Amosa, who is 6-foot-4 and 260 pounds. Two ACL surgeries in high school hasn’t stopped Kamehameha alum Kaulana Apelu. Apelu, who walked on at Oregon in 2015, had his junior and senior seasons cut short at Kamehameha with knee injuries. A running back in high school, Apelu tried out at linebacker for the Ducks. Kalaheo’s Justin Pascua Lauren Kadooka of Kailua took individual titles at the Civilian Marksmanship Program / HHSAA Air Riflery Championships at Blaidell Arena. Kahuku’s Vimahi offered by “dream school”

Kahuku defensive end Aliki Vimahi picked up his 12th Division I scholarship offer from a school he has been waiting for. Kapaa offensive lineman Morris Unutoa picked up his 11th Division I scholarship offer from Virginia a couple of weeks ago.
