Three games into her professional career, Chanelle Molina is enjoying the chemistry of life on the opposite side of the world. The former Konawaena and Washington State standout scored 18 points and hustled for six rebounds as the Norrköping Dolphins routed Uppsala 79-62 on Saturday. The Tigers struggled with Wise’s complicated scheme in the first two games of the season but had it figured out with a 27-7 win over Iolani. The numbers seem almost pedestrian now, but on this date in 1993 Punahou triggerman Makaena Puli broke the ILH single-game passing record with 426 yards in a 46-21 win over Damien at Aloha Stadium. Puli broke the record held by Iolani’s Paul Ah Yat, who had 350 in 1989. His five touchdown passes tied a league record shared by Garrett Gabriel, John Hao and Joel Lane.
