The final day of the OIA boys basketball regular season on Thursday shook up the league playoff bracket. Leilehua’s 50-49 victory over Mililani gave the Mules the No. 1 seed in the West with the previously undefeated Trojans dropping to the No. 2 seed. Defending state champion ‘Iolani will attempt to defend its title as the No. 1 seed in the Snapple/HHSAA Girls Basketball State Championships beginning Monday. BIIF champion Konawaena earned the No. 2 seed with OIA champion Kahuku edging out MIL champion Lahainaluna for the No. 3 seed in the bracket released tonight. ILH champion Kamehameha and OIA champion Mililani are the top two seeds in Division I of The Queen’s Medical Center/HHSAA Girls Soccer State Championships beginning Monday with four first-round games. Kalani’s Paulina Ruelas won four gold medals to lead the Falcons to the girls team title at the 2020 OIA Swimming and Diving Championships on Saturday at K.
