Tyler Morton and Erik Tabiolo both scored and Moanalua beat Kaiser 2-1 on Saturday at Kaiser. Kaiser, the reigning OIA champ, suffered its first loss of the season while Moanalua took a commanding lead in the East with a 4-0 record. Keven Anderson scored Kaiser’s lone goal. The state’s leading scorer from last year has played her last high school soccer game. Aiea senior Raisa Strom-Okimoto, who led Na Alii through a magical run to a runner-up finish in last year’s state tournament, tore the ACL in her right knee on Maui in Aiea’s first tournament of the preseason last month.
