The ILH ruled girls sports in the fall like never before. The league took six team championships in the recently-concluded season, adding another in Division II cheerleading which is dominated by females but is classified as a mixed sport. The girls will take over the stage when the newest class of the Enterprise / HHSAA Hall of Honor is inducted at the Pomaikai Ballroom at Dole Cannery on June 3. Nine girls will be inducted into Hawaii’s version of the high school hall of fame on that day, breaking the record of eight set in 1998 and matched in 2001.
