On the North Shore, it was a busy morning for 11 student-athletes penning their signatures to letters of intent. At Kahuku, two Red Raiders — safety Tigi Hill and linebacker Ben Mamea — signed with Hawaii. Hill turned down offers from Oregon State, Portland State and Arizona Western. Kapolei left guard Samson Kaleikini will visit Montana and Oregon State this month. Kaleikini, a 6-foot-5, 265-pound senior, has scholarship offers to play football from both schools.
