Mililani star wide receiver Kalakaua Timoteo is out with a sprained ankle, head coach Rod York said Friday night on phone from Aloha Stadium, where he was attending the No. 1 Saint Louis vs. No. 2 Punahou game. Timoteo, who has given his oral commitment to the University of Hawaii, will miss the Trojans’ game at Kailua on Saturday night. Reports: King Kekaulike forfeits; Kihei done

The Maui News reported Friday that King Kekaulike is forfeiting its home game on Saturday against Maui High. Na Alii will be 0-6 overall and 0-5 in the MIL’s Division II standings after that forfeit is officially recorded as a 2-0 win for the Sabers. Maui will improve to 5-1 overall and 5-0 and in first place in the league’s Division I standings. The report said King Kekaulike does not have the league minimum 25 players available for the game.
