Kato gets a light workout in Waipahu

Kato, a defending state champion and ranked No. 3 in Hawaii Prep World’s pound-for-pound list, pinned both of his opponents before forfeiting his final match. He drew a bye in his first match before stopping Ti-Jey Asano of Farrington and Kapolei’s Treyson Caniete.
