The Polynesian Bowl, which is now 38 days away, revealed the helmets players will be issued for the game today. The annual high school football all-star game for seniors only will be played on Saturday, Jan. 20, 2018 at Aloha Stadium. For a complete list of Hawaii players selected to the game, click here. Kahuku athletic director Gillian Yamagata sent an email to the media announcing that the varsity football coaching position is vacant and that the school is accepting applications. The Red Raiders made it to the state final and lost 31-28 to Saint Louis under interim head coach Makoa Freitas this past season.
