The numbers weren’t so shiny for No. 2 Punahou. The grit certainly was there in abundance. Kalina Obrey powered for 16 points and 11 rebounds, and Noelle Sua-Godinet added 10 points, six boards and three blocks as No. 5 Kamehameha overwhelmed No. 10 Punahou 54-25 on Tuesday night at Hemmeter Fieldhouse. When the Kamehameha Warriors hired Larry Park in the offseason to become their boys varsity head coach, old-timers and former Warriors were among the few who knew the name. Mililani and Kaiser earned the top seeds in the OIA boys soccer playoffs that begin Monday. The Trojans (10-0), who last won a league crown in 2015, extended their regular-season unbeaten streak to 44 matches this season dating back to January 2015.
