Mililani and Kaiser earned the top seeds in the OIA boys soccer playoffs that begin Monday.
The Trojans (10-0), who last won a league crown in 2015, extended their regular-season unbeaten streak to 44 matches this season dating back to January 2015.
Mililani will open its playoffs hosting a quarterfinal game next Tuesday at 7 p.m. against the winner between Kailua and Radford.
Kaiser (9-1) earned the tiebreaker over Kalani (9-1) for the top seed out of the East after a 4-3 win on December 19.
The Falcons are the defending champions and have won two of the last three OIA titles. Kaiser is searching for its first league crown since 2014.
