VIDEO: Waialua beat Waipahu for OIA D-II title

It was and is, hands down, an instant classic. The Waipahu Marauders placed first in the OIA Division II regular season, climbing over Pearl City for the top seed. Waialua, by beating Pearl City in the final week of the regular season, grabbed the third seed. The two former ROIA schools then met in the title game at Aloha Stadium, providing perhaps the most entertaining and thrilling league championship game of the season.
