VIDEO: Kapolei’s Tagovailoa-Amosa post-game

The Kapolei Hurricanes had a huge challenge against Punahou and its potent passing attack in the opening round of the First Hawaiian Bank/HHSAA Football State Championships Open Division. Kapolei came up with five sacks, all by its defensive line, in a 33-21 upset victory on Saturday night at Aloha Stadium. Defensive end Myron Tagovailoa-Amosa chatted after the biggest win in the program’s history.

    Is this kid 6’4 barefeet or with cleats?
    I know Kapolei likes to list kids bigger then they really are. “Just curious”

    Funny you mentioned cause Hernandez has been doing that since his days at Campbell. Anyhow, this kid is a baller, he has a motor and can play. He could easily be the State defensive player of the year.
