Kaiser to scrimmage Roosevelt instead

Even though the Kaiser varsity football team won’t have enough players suited up to play a nonleague game at Roosevelt on Friday night, they will have enough to participate in a scrimmage Saturday at 10 a.m.

John Chung, the Roosevelt athletic director, confirmed the Saturday scrimmage in a Tuesday phone call. It will be held at Roosevelt’s Ticky Vasconcellos Stadium.

In addition, the Kaiser vs. Roosevelt junior varsity football game time has been moved from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday at Roosevelt.

    Manoa-

what about the kids that are victims of circumstance? Especially the seniors? And their families?
Let em play, or scrimmage. I dont see how that could be a bad thing for Roosevelt.
