(5:51) Rough Riders ball on their 19. Ogata hits Camacho out of the backfield for 11 yards to the 30. Another first down on the pass to Sole Laloulu. Brandon Teixeira makes a nice catch coming back to the ball for 16 yards and then Monteilh, in on offense, makes a great adjustment to the ball and hauls in a 38-yard TD from Ogata. 21-0, ROOS, 4:21, Q3.

(6:29) Kaiser ball on its 33. Kamakana Mahiko with an 11-yard catch to midfield and a first down. High throw over the middle and it’s right to Monteilh, who has his third pick of the game.

(8:02) Rough Riders ball on their 5. Chung with a 9-yard catch and add on 15 for the face-mask penalty. Third-and-10. Complete to Chung who tries to dance around and get the first down but comes up 3 yards short.

(9:23) Kaiser ball on its 42. Mason Yoshino holds onto a tough catch over the middle as he gets whacked for a 15-yard penalty on top. Ball moves to the 35. Deep ball down the sideline is caught by Mason again at the 3. Ty DeBrum knocks away a pass in the end zone and it’s third-and-goal. Blitz forces the incomplete pass and it’s fourth-and-goal. Ball is PICKED in the end zone by Monteilh and he is GONE but flags everywhere all the way on the other side of the field. Penalty is after the pick so it’s Roosevelt’s ball.

(10:23) Roosevelt starts on its 30. Kukahiwa stopped for a loss of 4. Third-and-14. First drives seem to be mirror images. Ogata scrambles for 7 and Roosevelt is three-and-out.

(12:00) Kaiser starts on its 35 after a kick out of bounds. Second half starts the way the first half went as Gusman bursts through on the run blitz for a 2-yard loss. Third-and-17 at the 28 after a Kaiser penalty. Cougars have killed themselves with the false starts. Lime with no chance on third down as Kaiser runs right into the blitz. Punt.

He gets out of bounds at the 21 with 13 ticks left. Running play with Kekahuna for 5 yards to the 16. Timeout with 5 seconds to go. Running play to Kukahiwa to get closer but he stays up too long and the half is over before he’s down. HALF.

(1:56) Ball at the 15 for Kaiser. Cougars go conservative on third-and-10 and Lime runs it 6 yards. Roosevelt calls timeout. Another short punt.

(3:58) Roosevelt ball on its 48. Kaiser is going to be whistled for pass interference but the bigger deal is Ogata is down after taking a shot from the blitzing end. A bunch of Rough Riders come out to greet him as he gets up but he has to be helped off by two teammates. Ball on the Kaiser 34 after the penalty. Junior Kolea Pa-Macalino in at QB. Third-and-1 at the 25. Timeout Roosevelt. Kekahuna out of the Power I and he races outside for 8 yards and a first down. (6:04) Kaiser will start on its 34 after Falls’ 13-yard punt return. Kaipo Kaimikaua with a TFL and then Akana with the sack on third down to force a punt.

(8:34) Kekahuna with a nice 18-yard return and Roosevelt will start on its 37. Mitchell Camacho goes 12 yards on a screen. Ogata running for his life on third down and loses 17 yards as Stroede makes a great tackle for loss. Punt.

(9:53) Kaiser ball on its 49. Two incomplete passes around a false-start penalty and it’s third-and-15. Three-and-out. Punt.

(11:04) Roosevelt ball on its 20. Deep ball is CAUGHT by Chase Akana for 36 yards. Excellent catch. Rough Riders try a screen pass but it is tipped up into the air by a lineman and Falls gets his second INT of the half.

(12:00) Kaiser starts the second quarter at the Roosevelt 10. Third-and-goal at the 8. Yoshino forced to scramble to the 6. Kyler Halvorsen’s 22-yard field goal is no good.

(1:15) Roosevelt ball on its 21. Chin with another TFL for Kaiser to set up third-and-long. Ogata is picked by Stroede who returns it to the 10 as the quarter ends.

(2:38) Kaiser starts at the Roosevelt 48. Cavin Lime gets out of two tackles at the line of scrimmage then jumps over a tackle attempt and picks up 14 yards to the 34. Akana with another TFL and it’s second-and-15. Back-to-back grabs by Mason Yoshino for 9 yards, including a nice jumping catch. Lime with the fumble though and Akana recovers for Roosevelt.

Falls with a 23-yard return into Roosevelt territory.

Shepard Kekahuna with a 47-yard punt return for a TD but has something to say as he goes into the end zone and is flagged for an unsportsmanlike penalty. It will be enforced on kickoff. 7-0, ROOS, 2:48, Q1.

(4:17) Kaiser will start on its 10. Kaeo Akana with a TFL for Roosevelt and then Yoshino overthrows a receiver deep. Punt.

(5:21) Roosevelt starts at the Kaiser 34. Stroede with another TFL. Devin Naihe breaks open down the seam but Ogata misses. Third-and-12. Pass is overthrown as there was great coverage anyway. Roosevelt three-and-out.

(5:33) Aalona Monteilh with the interception on Yoshino’s first pass on the drive. Thought it might have been tipped but hard to see here. Penalty on the return.

(6:49) Shanked punt and Roosevelt has it on its 42. Stroede forces Ogata out of bounds for a loss of 2. Great throw and catch to Chase Akana for 11 yards. Third-and-1. Roosevelt tries to run it with Myka Kukahiwa but not a chance. Chin leads the way for his second TFL. Loss of 4. Punt. Four straight losses on running plays for Roosevelt.

(9:10) Kaiser ball on its 38 with Easton Yoshino at QB. Yoshino to Jesse Storde for 12 yards on third-and-10 for a first down at midfield. LB Keneke Gusman with a 7-yard sack of Yoshino on first down and a false start on Kaiser, already the third penalty on the Cougars. Nearly an unreal catch and throw from Yoshino to Falls but tight coverage by Jason Hur forces a punt.

(12:00) Even after a penalty on the kickoff to force a re-kick 5 yards back, Kyler Halvorsen boots it into the end zone. Roosevelt on the 20. Sky Ogata at QB for the Rough Riders and misses his first throw. Scott Chung with a nice catch on third down to move the chains. After a Joseph Chin TFL, Chung with another great catch, this one one-handed, for a first down. Ogata gets out of trouble and throws it near the sideline. PICKED off by Dre Falls.
