The Kailua Surfriders visit the Saint Louis Crusaders for a scrimmage at Kalaepohaku on Saturday. Saint Louis, ranked No. 11 nationally by MaxPreps, got a dominant performance again from its defensive line.

Highlights from a tri-scrimmage between Campbell, Damien and Kaimuki. Campbell’s Titus Mokiao-Atimalala and Bubbah Aina-Chaves scored two touchdowns each. Damien quarterback/linebacker Duke Ho‘ohuli sparked the Monarchs to two early TDs. Kaimuki’s Naomas Asuega-Fualaau and Jayden Maiava also scored TDs.

Sage Tolentino always loved basketball. Thankfully, his mom and dad didn’t mind getting him new shoes and clothes practically every six months. “He grew about four or five inches every year in elementary school,” Becky Tolentino said.
