Normally, high school sports videos here on Hawaii Prep World are shot by our staff at the Star-Advertiser. Actually, they’re shot and edited by me, yours pupule. But this clip showed up on Yahoo Sports Minute. It’s a Mid-Pacific track athlete — from the intermediate school, not the high school as Yahoo’s host says — and it’s got more entertainment value than you might expect.
