Kaiser linebacker Parker Su‘a Higgins has received a football scholarship offer from UNLV this morning. This is the first offer for Higgins. It is the 24th offer from a BCS university for the 6-foot-4, 204-pound offensive lineman. The harder Michael Eletise works, the bigger his world becomes. Louisville offered the Kaiser junior a football scholarship on Saturday, becoming the 21st university to seek his services. The 6-foot-4, 305-pound offensive lineman had received an offer from Missouri just one day earlier.
