Kadooka returns to ILH as Maryknoll head coach

The Maryknoll baseball program has been on the up and up for quite some time, and it just received another boost. Spartans athletic director Ben Valle confirmed Friday that Eric Kadooka has accepted an offer to be the head coach. The final appointment won’t be made until it is accepted by the Hawaii Diocese of the Catholic Church. MPI’s Oley named Gatorade POTY

Mid-Pacific senior Alex Oley was named the Gatorade Hawaii Baseball Player of the Year on Tuesday. Oley is the ninth MPI player to win the Gatorade honor in the 31-year history of the award. Mid-Pacific continued its dominance of ILH baseball this season and to the surprise of few swept the top awards for the ILH all-star teams that were released Wednesday.
