Honolulu’s Mya Mulligan recently signed a letter of intent to accept a scholarship for gymnastics at the University of Missouri.

Mulligan is a member of the Hawaii Island Twisters gymnastics club and does her online schooling with The Potter’s School.

“I love the work ethic that Mya brings day in and day out to everything she does,” Tigers coach Shannon Welker said on the team’s website. “When you meet her and have a chance to talk to her, you will immediately sense her love for gymnastics and life. Mya brings such a high skill level and a dynamic style of gymnastics. I expect she will make an immediate positive impact on our team and culture.”
