Someone finally found a way to slow Aiea’s offensive machine.
Chardonnay Curran and Kiley Haraguchi each scored goals and Campbell beat Aiea 2-0 on Aiea’s field on Tuesday night.
The Sabers (3-1) have allowed only one goal this year and has shut out its last two opponents.
Aiea (4-1) lost for the first time this year and had not been held to fewer than five goals in a game before the Sabers came along. Sara Olanda had three hat tricks in four games, and two goals in the other, before last night. Campbell’s two scores were the first goals Aiea has given up this season.

Mililani 12, Waialua 0
Tia Furuta scored four goals and the Trojans (4-0) stayed unbeaten with a win over the Bulldogs. Furuta has scored 10 goals this season and has not been kept off the board in a game yet. Kailana Kaeo and Jayna Morikawa each added two goals to the effort. The Bulldogs dropped to 0-4 and suffered their third-straight shutout.
Pearl City 3, Waipahu 0
Janise Starr Tagalog and Bethany Okuna both scored for the first time this season as the Chargers (4-0) remained unbeaten with a win over the Marauders. Pearl City, the defending OIA champion, has outscored opponents 25-1 this year with the goals coming from 10 different players. Waipahu, which was coming off a 1-1 tie with traditional power Kapolei, dropped to 1-3-1 and was shut out for the third time.
Waianae 0, Nanakuli 0
Two offensively-challenged teams played to a scoreless tie in a rivalry game. Nankuli has scored three goals all year and Waianae has scored only one. Waianae is 0-1-2 while Nanakuli is 1-3-1.
Leilehua 1, Radford 1
Mary Kate Maloney scored for the Rams (0-4-1) in an OIA White showdown. Leilahua (0-3-2) has scored just three goals all season while Radford scored its first.
Punahou 4, Pac-Five 0
The Buffanblu got goals from four different players to improve to 5-0 with a 28-0 goal differential. Kaile Halvorson scored her fourth goal in four games and shay Nakahira, Kaylyn Fukuji and Sammy Nishiyama all added goals. The Wolfpack dropped to 1-3 but have scored more goals (9) than they have given up (7) this year thanks to a 9-0 margin over St. Francis in their lone win. The Buffanblu lead the ILH by five points over Iolani and Kamehameha.
Kamehameha 6, Sacred Hearts 0
Hope Tsuneyoshi scored her first goal of the season and then added two more in a shutout of Sacred Hearts. Sarah Lau added two goals and Kameryn Jury-Hale scored another as the Warriors improved to 3-1-1. Sacred Hearts fell to 0-4 and was shut out for the third time while Kamehameha pitched its third shutout.
‘Iolani 9, St. Francis 0
Taylor Marumoto scored twice and the Raiders got goals from seven other players in an easy win over St. Francis, which has not scored a goal in four matches this year and given up 38.
Boys
Mililani 4, Waialua 0
Kalahikiola Judd scored twice — and has scored in every game — to lead the Trojans over the Bulldogs. Mililani is 3-0 and has not given up a goal yet this season. Waialua dropped to 1-3 and has been shut out twice in a row.
Waianae 7, Nanakuli 1
The Seariders spread it around a week after relying on Stanton Spencer to score all of their goals. Spencer scored twice this time and Niko Kala added two more as Waianae improved to 2-0. Chyson-Bo Morgan score for the Golden Hawks, who dropped to 1-3 and gave up seven goals in a game for the third time.
Campbell 9, Aiea 0
Boogie Mattos scored two goals and seven other Sabers added one as Campbell destroyed Aiea. The Sabers improved to 3-0 with a 20-1 goal differential (with the goals coming from 12 different players) and have two straight shutouts. Na Alii dropped to 0-4 and has been shut out three times.
Pearl City 5, Waipahu 0
Daniel Woo scored his third goal in two games and five different players scored as the Chargers beat the Marauders. Pearl City improved to 3-0 with an 11-1 goal differential and Waipahu dropped to 1-3 after the second straight game they have been shut out.
Radford 6, Leilehua 0
The Rams finally found their scoring punch in their fourth game, getting a hat trick from Aaron Russ and goals from three others in a win over the Mules. The Rams improved to 1-2-1 and had scored only one goal in their first three games. The Mules dropped to 1-3 and have been shut out in two straight games.
Kamehameha 5, Damien 0
Keola Norton scored two goals and Kamehameha beat Damien 5-0. Norton has scored in three straight games while the Monarchs are still looking for their first goal. Christopher Jenkins, Kainalu Grace and Noah Crabbe also scored for Kamehameha. The win put Kamehameha a point up on ‘Iolani for first place in the ILH, but the Warriors have played two more games than the Raiders.
