The quiet summer has been a blessing for Campbell’s Titus Mokiao-Atimalala.

The 6-foot-1, 170-pound senior pared his list of 20 football scholarship offers to 10 on Friday afternoon.

Final 10 9/4/20
Hawaii
Maryland
Michigan
Nebraska
Notre Dame
UCF
UCLA
Utah
USC
Virginia

Older brother Tamatoa Mokiao-Atimalala is a freshman playing for Hawaii.

Maryland has an x-factor: quarterback Taulia Tagovailoa. The former Kapolei slinger transferred from Alabama to Maryland after last season.

UCF’s starting quarterback is former Star-Advertiser all-state quarterback Dillon Gabriel (Mililani).

Seven Pac-12 Conference programs that didn’t make the cut, while Hawaii is the lone Mountain West school to survive. Even the lone SEC offering, Tennessee, was carved out, as well as Big Ten powerhouse Wisconsin.

The 10 schools turned down by the playmaking wide receiver/safety:
Arizona
Arizona State
Cal
Oregon
Oregon State
Tennessee
UNLV
Washington
Washington State
Wisconsin

Giving God all the glory,” Mokiao-Atimalala wrote on social media. “Thank you to all the coaches and schools that believed in me.”

As a junior, he had 62 receptions for 1,136 yards and 18 receiving touchdowns. In 2018, as a sophomore, Mokiao-Atimalala hauled in 75 passes for 1,385 yards and 14 TDs. He also had big plays as a safety, returning five picks for touchdowns.

IMHO, Because of close relationships, I think his Top 3 will be:
    Hawaii (Tamatoa Atimalala)
    Notre Dame (Myron Tagovaloa)
    Maryland (Taulia Tagovailoa)

Whatever school this kid picks he will be an awesome student/athlete for that university. Good Luck ☘️

Just curious which school you folks would choose. No wrong answers 🙂
For me, it’s always Hawaii. Love Hawaii. Born and raised and will die here. But nothing wrong with these other schools. At all.

I would “Make Hawaii Great Again” or if I left the Island it would have to be Notre Dame. Top academics, Top athletics and they will take care of you in the future as a prestigious alumni!
