I’m from Kahuku! And bleed red and white, but I gotta agree ain’t no way punahou should be out for this state championship. They really gotta figure this one out for next season. It should be Saint Louis vs Mililani, and Punahou vs Kahuku. Winner plays for the state title. I’m
Curious on how the HHSAA, OIA, and ILH are gonna set it up next season. It must be hard for all these other teams. Kapolei, Waianae, Leilehua . The recruiting going on it’s just not fair anymore. Private schools are privates schools they gotta get recruits, but a public school recruiting is crazy. Kids living in Manoa going school in Mililani. One brother playing at Farrington while the other plays at Campbell. SMH.

I think Hailfromdanorthshore is talking more about multiple players, majority of a team coming from out of boundaries rather than a one player example you’re talking about. That one player example sounds more to me of a player who chose to go there on their own rather than recruiting.

I think you’re talking about the Kaluna Kids..Yes, the one that plays Kahuku, lives in Kahuku, cause the parents reside there..
    The Mom’s from there…Rooted..
