(9:17) Kalani ball on its 27. Jonathan Cai hauls in a nice 26-yard catch but Kalani tries the same play and JP Tilly picks it off for the Saints.

(10:50) Shepherd Kekahuna with a 36-yard punt return and the Saints start on their 45. Screen to Aina-Chaves goes for 20. Aina-Chaves rips off a 39-yard run to the 1. Aina-Chaves 1-yard TD run. 22-0, 9:27.

(2:14) Saints ball on their 45. Aina-Chaves tips the ball to himself on a fourth-down catch to move the chains and then Akana to Kordel Ng on a 40-yard TD down the sideline. 16-0, 27, Q1.

(4:17) Kalani ball on its 25. Sakamoto gets 17 on a scramble for a first down. Sakamoto has a long pass dropped and Kalani punts.

(6:50) Saints start on their 20. Bubba Akana at QB. Jonan Aina-Chaves at RB. Aina-Chaves looks like he’s gobbled up in the backfield but spins out for a 42-yard gain like only he can. Saints get Kalani to jump early on third-and-5 and it’s first-and-goal at the 10. Bubba Akana 10-yard TD run. 8-0 Saints, 4:29, Q1.

(11:52) Kalani ball on its 30. Nicholas Sakamoto at QB for the Falcons. A penalty and a 15-yard Sakamoto run puts the ball in Saints territory. Sione Lolohea with a sack for the Saints but Sakamoto finds Nathaniel Balangitao for 22 yards on a screen on third-and-16 for a first down. Sakamoto with a 23-yard TD to Micah Matsuda but it’s called back by a hold. Kalani has to settle for a 43-yard field goal into the wind and it’s short.

    Wow. I thought the alliance was to stop these blow outs. StF.is definitely sand bagging D2. They have beaten all teams by a 32 pt.average.

    Why sand bagging? Did u ever think the other teams in D2 gotta step up their play?? They’re in D2 not by choice. The HHSAA chose this n now because they are dominating it’s their fault??? Cmon man…

    No sand bagging, St. Francis didn’t even know if they would have enough players to field a team especially since their red-shirted QB was contemplating focusing on baseball and their 18 or 19 year old junior RB was considering hopping on the KPT Bus that leaves for Mililani each day.
