Zack Diamond of Mililani scored a 9-4 victory over Josh Gallarde of Campbell. For Diamond, it’s his second OIA championship.
Radford’s Angela Peralta became a three-time OIA champion by pinning Pearl City’s Jacqueline Fuamatu in the third period. Peralta was up by a 5-0 margin when she finished it off.
Galarde is one of the hardest working and respectful wrestlers that I’ve ever seen. I wish that he would catch a break.
