2006 Hall of Honor

The latest class of the Hall of Honor will be announced on May 25, we will randomly look back at past classes since the program began in 1983.

The 2006 Hall of Honor class was marked by multi-sport stars, with every one of the honorees lettering in more than one sport and Tye Perdido of Seabury Hall and Dylan Rush of Konawaena and Ka’u playing four different sports.

Here is the complete list of honorees that year:


Lauren Ho, Hawaii Baptist: cross country, track and field, soccer
Kealoha Pilares, Damien: football, track and field, basketball
Dylan Rush, Konawaena, Ka’u: wrestling, football, judo, track and field
Jeremy Kamaka’ala, Kamehameha: cross country, track and field, wrestling
Kenny Estes, Waimea: football, soccer, track and field
Junior Ale, Kahuku: basketball, volleyball
Kawika Shoji, Iolani: volleyball, basketball, golf
Tye Perdido, Seabury Hall: soccer, volleyball, football, baseball
Careena Onosai, Word of Life: track and field, volleyball, basketball
Brandon Low, Saint Louis: wrestling, judo
Camila Ah-Hoy, Kahuku: volleyball, basketball
Gerritt Vincent, Kamehameha: wrestling, football
