Hilo, Punahou, Lahaina at Kaiser tourney

The Kaiser girls basketball team will host the Ted Fukushima Invitational preseason tournament starting on Saturday.
Teams from the BIIF, MIL, ILH and OIA will participate. Saturday’s schedule has teams playing two games each.

9:30 a.m. ‘Iolani vs. Leilehua
11 a.m. Honokaa vs. Roosevelt
12:30 p.m. Kaiser vs. Lahainaluna
2 p.m. Punahou vs. Hilo
3:30 p.m. Lahainaluna vs. Leilehua
5 p.m. ‘Iolani vs. Honokaa
6:30 p.m. Roosevelt vs. Punahou
8 p.m. Kaiser vs. Hilo


Sunday
8 a.m. Lahainaluna vs. Punahou
9:30 a.m. Hilo vs. Roosevelt
11 a.m. Leilehua vs. Honokaa
12:30 p.m. Kaiser vs. ‘Iolani

    Day 1 was great with basketball. Got to give ups to the Kaiser committee for heading this one. Punahou, Lahianaluna, Hilo, and Roosevelt were in stride. Day 2 has last years state tournament implications with the Buff n Blue facing the Lunas and Hilo vs Roosevelt.
