Waianae need to train during the off season. Waianae offensive tackle need to learn how to run and pass block techniques from the two point stance. Quarterback need to work on foot work and read progression and keep his eye down field. Work on accuracy on short and intermediate passes. Receivers need to learn to read pass coverage and work on pass routes and speed. Waianae defensive end need to lower their shoulder and push out with their hand and keep their hand out in front of them so that defender can’t hold them and go only as deep as the ball is. Defense DB’s need to play angle and gap coverage. Defensive line need to maintain gap coverage.
