St. John Bosco held a fast-paced practice at Turtle Bay Resort on Thursday afternoon.

Watch a clip of the practice below.

Thursday’s session was held after the team visited Pearl Harbor and had a little beach time.

As the team met at the end of the session in the middle of the chalk-marked field near the stables — the same field used in the past by Pro Bowl teams — coach Jason Negro spoke. He reminded his team about getting done what they came here for — and that’s to fly back home to Bellflower, Calif., with a victory over Mililani tonight at 6:30 p.m. at the Trojans’ John Kauinana Stadium.

Negro asked if any of his assistants would like to speak. One immediately said yes and then said loudly, “Good practice.”
