Washington State wasn’t the first FBS program to like Jayden de Laura, but the Saint Louis quarterback responded to the Cougars’ scholarship offer within 12 hours. The senior slinger committed to Wazzu on Wednesday morning. In seven games, de Laura has passed for 1,948 yards and 19 TDs with just three interceptions, including a 75-percent completion rate and 204 passer rating. The Crusaders are 7-0 and ranked No. 1 in the Star-Advertiser Top 10, and No. 7 in the MaxPreps Xcellent 25.

Pac-12 is a passing conference so I understand the decision. However, QB’s in the MWC have been successful as well. He would start at San Diego State right away as a True Freshman, going along with the underrated education. Good luck De Laura!

Heard some talk that Nebraska saw film of Delaura but ended up falling in love with Saints 6’3 3rd team QB Bianco.
