Teammates predicated a huge senior season for Koali Nishigaya.
He has come through in the clutch. Nishigaya has stepped up with his three best performances in Saint Louis’ three toughest games so far. The Polynesian Bowl extended an invitation to Nishigaya on Wednesday. Saint Louis is ranked No. 1 in the Star-Advertiser Top 10 and No. 7 in the MaxPreps Xcellent 25 national rankings.
After stellar efforts against nationally-ranked Bishop Gorman (Nev.) and No. 2 Punahou, Nishigaya had a monster five-reception, 263-yard, two-touchdown performance against No. 3 Mililani last weekend in which he also rushed for a score.
Finally. He will be the best that he can be.
Yup, this kid is legit. Some D1 college out there will get a steal by signing him. I hope it is Rolo and UH!
Yessah!!! Short in size, not in heart and talent!! Go get you some young man. Congrats
This kid is perfect for Hawaii’s Run & Shoot as a slotback. He has good hands and can run after the catch as he showed in the Mililani game. He can play D1.
Not a surprise to me! Just surprised it took that long for him to get the recognition he deserves. Coach Rolo better not miss on this kid! #crusaderstrong #thebrotherhood
