It was another instant classic for prep football in the islands.

Radford trailed Roosevelt 23-0 at the half, rallied to take a 24-23 lead in the final 3 minutes, but the Rough Riders got a big kickoff return by Keanu Bezares to set up a game-winning 15-yard touchdown run by Silas Kekahuna with 2:27 to go. From there, Roosevelt’s special teams and defense stifled the gritty Rams. A sack by linebacker/wide receiver Kamu Kaaihue helped Roosevelt even their record at 1-1 in OIA Division I play.
