Kamehameha senior place-kicker Adam Stack has accepted an invitation to play in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl on Jan. 7, 2017, in the Alamodome in San Antonio.
On Wednesday, Stack, an Oregon commit, wrote on his Twitter account:
Honored and blessed to announce that I will be playing in the 2017 U.S. Army All-American Bowl! #ArmyStrong pic.twitter.com/zIaMfmdeEc

Stack committed to the Ducks earlier this month.
In the 2016 All-American Bowl, Mililani’s Vavae Malepeai rushed eight times for 66 yards in a 37-9 victory for the West over the East. Malepeai is Hawaii’s all-time leading rusher.
Stack and his Warriors play against Mililani in a scrimmage on Saturday, but Malepeai has graduated and will not be playing. He is now playing for USC. Kamehameha also plays in a scrimmage tonight (Thursday) at home against Farrington.
Stack was a third-team Star-Advertiser All-State selection as a kicker and punter last season.
