While most football fans were asleep early Sunday morning, ILH football schedule makers were in brainstorming mode.
Again. The league released the latest incarnation of the fall football schedule, complete with rescheduled dates for previously postponed matchups. Having plenty of cushion the backside of the regular-season and playoff slate made the revisions quite simple.
Three games at the varsity level had already been postponed.
>> Saint Louis-Punahou, Sept. 3, will be played on Saturday, Sept. 18.
>> Saint Louis-Kamehameha, originally scheduled Sept. 10, will now be played on Friday, Oct. 15.
>> Pac-Five and Saint Louis I-AA, previously set for Aug. 27, will also kick off on Friday, Oct. 15.
Rescheduling has also prompted the Open Division and D-I championship games to move back by a week. The D-I final will be played on Oct. 22. The Open title game is set for Oct. 29.
The HHSAA state tournament is scheduled for late December and early January.
