Quick reads: When homecoming never ends

Star-Advertiser columnist Dave Reardon wrote a blog post over on hawaiiwarriorworld.com addressing Thursday night’s prep football marathon between Mililani and Farrington that started at 8:38 p.m. and ended at midnight on a school night.

Reardon talked to Oahu Interscholastic Association executive director Ray Fujino, and they bounced some thoughts off each other. The OIA doesn’t have any more Thursday night games scheduled and the ILH has two, but both of those have 6 p.m. start times.
