Punahou’s Kaumatule to return vs. ‘Iolani

Punahou sophomore defensive end Noah-Falcon Kaumatule will be back for the Buffanbu’s regular-season football finale on Friday at home against ‘Iolani.

Kaumatule, who is 6 feet 7 and 230 pounds, was on the sideline during the Buffanblu’s 33-20 victory over Saint Louis last Thursday at Aloha Stadium.

According a source close to Punahou, Kaumatule — who also plays tackle on offense — was resting a minor neck injury that was causing neck stiffness.

After the win, Punahou moved up a spot to No. 2 in the Honolulu Star-Advertiser’s Top 10. The Crusaders dropped one place to No. 3.

The Buffanblu’s game against ‘Iolani on Friday will start at 3:15 p.m.
