>> First play from scrimmage, Saint Louis RB Adam Noga does it again. 65 yards up the gut, then right sideline. Bishop Gorman all over again. Tied 7-all.

>> Dakota Torres 5-yard play-action toss from Tui Tuileta on third down, PUN leads 14-7. ACTION BABY…

>> Wallen Te‘o grabs an 11-yard touchdown pass from Kuhns to tie it at 14-all with 8:06 left in the half.

>> Kanawai Noa strikes with the long ball again, a 67-yard bomb from Tuileta. No help on the inside; the safety bit and left the cornerback on an island. Punahou leads 21-14.

>> Tuiasoa scores on a 5-yard run with 1:07 left in the half. Buffanblu just drove through and over Saint Louis’ defense with ease. Lead is 28-14 at the break.


Note: Adam Noga had not played since the first quarter, but he has returned to the field here in the second half.

>> Penalties derail Saint Louis’ drive. Punahou marches 97 yards to paydirt. Tuileta to Noa for a 1-yard touchdown pass. Punahou leads 35-14, 1:38 left, third quarter.

>> Buffanblu drive but fumble at the STL 1. Next play, safety. Bad snap, Kuhns sacked in the end zone. PUN 37, STL 14.

>> Tuileta to Noa, 44-yard bomb. PUN 43, STL 14, 6:41 left.


>> FINAL: Punahou 43, Saint Louis 14. Masterful performance by the Buffanblu, but the season is still young.
