The winding and twisting recruitment of Leilehua senior Charles Moku Watson is down to a final two schools.

The 6-foot-1, 170-pound defensive back with 10 scholarship offers narrowed his list to a final two on Monday on Twitter.

Watson had committed to Washington State over the summer in a televised segment on a KHON2 newscast, but since decommitted from the Cougars to reopen his recruitment process.

BYU and Oregon State remain from an offer sheet that includes Fresno State, Hawaii, San Diego State, Vanderbilt, Washington State, Colorado, UNLV and San Jose State.

Watson was named to the 2016 Honolulu Star-Advertiser All-State first team last month as a utility player. He became the first Mule named to the first team since 2011.
