Lanai, Hana advance to MIL 8-Man Football semis

Lanai defeated St. Anthony 33-6 on Saturday to move on to the MIL 8-Man Football semifinals in Lanai City.

The Pine Lads (3-2), who are playing high school football for the first time since 1953, will play league regular-season champion Seabury Hall (5-0) in the semifinals on Thursday.

In another first-round playoff game, host Hana routed Kihei Charter 53-19, and the Dragons will play Molokai in the semifinals.


The championship game is scheduled for Nov. 6.
