Washington State has offered a football scholarship to Konawaena defensive back Luca Vartic.
The 6-foot-1, 200-pound junior announced the news on his Twitter page this afternoon.

Vartic also has a scholarship offer from Hawaii. He is one of a dozen island players who were bumped up to three-star status in mid-March by Scout.com’s Doug Kimmel.
