An immense amount of talent will hit the field tonight at Kapolei High School when the annual HUB Foundation Goodwill Senior Classic kicks off.

Changes from years past are notable.
• Instead of the usual two weeks of practices for most players, West and East teams have just four practices, all this week, according to coach Wendell Say.
• The game is normally played at Aloha Stadium, but the price tag necessitated cost cutting. Aloha Stadium’s fee is $12,000. Kapolei? Rent free.
• There is also no Hawaii-versus-Mainland game.
More often than not, the game is one-sided and one or both offenses struggle with timing. This might be the year of an exception since the weaponry at quarterback is superb. The West has Mililani’s Trent McKinney and Waianae’s Puletua Wilson, who guided their teams deep into the postseason.
Marcus Mariota, who sparked Saint Louis to the Division I state title, is an East signal-caller. So is Castle’s Jaymason Lee and Kahuku’s Evan Moe.
Kickoff is at 7 p.m.

Aiea didn't have good season but they had 7 all-stars more than anybody else
Most of those players were on defense. Aiea had the best defense in the OIA Red West. Maybe in the entire OIA (stretch). Also giving up the least points per game. The other two on offense were very good but dealt with a lot of injuries.
