The regular season begins to wind down Friday night with the OIA Division I playoffs set to begin next week.
Moanalua (3-4, 2-4 OIA Blue) hosts Aiea (3-4, 3-3) with fourth place on the line. Why is that a big deal? The winner likely hosts an OIA first-round playoff game (unless OC-16 gets involved) while the loser would have to go on the road next week. Moanalua is coming off a 42-0 loss to Kahuku last week which marked the first time Na Menehune had been shut out in 58 games dating to 2010 (10-0 to Punahou).
