Waianae ball at its 9, three and out, and the punter, Kealii McLeod, faces a major rush and decides to run. He’s brought down at the 1-yard line, should’ve taken the safety. Trojans on the move again. Agbayani very sharp after missing a couple of early passes. The Trojans are at the Waianae 12, fourth and 2, and call time out with 3:38 left in the first half. Between the RPO runs and quick passes, they’ve given Waianae a hard time. The Trojans call on their kicker, Kaulana Navares, who drills a 29-yard FG. MILILANI 30, WAIANAE 6, Q2, 3:35.

McLeod returns at QB and catches fire, four plays, four completions and Waianae is on the scoreboard. His 28-yard strike to the left corner of the end zone to Nainoa Machado is smooth. MILILANI 27, WAIANAE 6, Q2, 6:22.

Trojans marching again, New Waianae QB Shayden Lopes can’t get the offense going, three and out. Punt. Mililani drives 55 yards in six plays, aided by a facemask penalty. Agbayani drills Kainoa Gibson on an out pattern by the left pylon for a 10-yard TD. MILILANI 27, WAIANAE 0, Q2, 8:00.

The first quarter ends with Mililani leading Waianae 20-0. Classic situation where a great team like Mililani makes its own breaks against a good Waianae squad that came out ready to play. If not for the fumble in the end zone, Waianae would have led 7-0, and their RPO option game was giving the visitors trouble early on.

Big sack and fumble recovery for Mililani at the Waianae 38. Two plays later, Brendyn Agbayani launches a 38-yard bomb to Kai Banks beyond the left pylon for a TD. MILILANI 20, WAIANAE 0, Q1, :32.

Waianae offense goes three and out, punt out of bounds at the Mililani 44. The visitors drive 56 yards in 10 plays with Jasaiah Alcover scooting up the middle out a wildcat set for the TD. PAT blocked. MILILANI 13, WAIANAE 0, Q1, 2:59.

Huge swing in momentum. Waianae fumbles at the 4, ball recovered in the end zone for a touchback by Mililani. Then the Trojans go three and out, but punter Wynden Ho‘ohuli tosses a pass to Asher Pilanca — a linebacker/punter to a safety — and Pilanca shows some major skills by going across the grain from the right sideline to left for a 75-yard touchdown. WOWW. That just all the air out of Waianae’s home crowd. MILILANI 7, WAIANAE 0, Q1, 8:26.

Mililani lines up offsides twice in the first five plays and the Trojans call time out with 11:08 left in the first quarter. Coach Rod York won’t hesitate to use time outs early.

Mililani is an open ILH team players from Waianae, Kapolei, Ewa Beach, Manoa, Halawa, Kalihi and some from Mililani. I know I missed a few more other towns please feel free to add in the comments.
Waianae did good for being all homegrown boys.
St.Louis and Punahou still the top teams.
