Six more games on Oahu scheduled for Saturday including a couple of afternoon tilts involving neighbor island teams. Let’s get to it.

The Monarchs are riding momentum after a decisive win over Maui last week. Marcus Faufata-Pedrina has already accounted for 520 yards of total offense and eight TDs against two D-I teams.

History: The two schools have never met, but Damien has a long history against neighbor island foes, going 9-2 with a sweep of Hawaii Prep and Kauai last year before losing to Konawaena at states. Kealakehe has faced Oahu schools 21 times over the years, going 3-18. The only time the Waveriders have won on Oahu was 2012 when they beat Kailua 10-3 in a defensive battle. They have lost to Oahu teams four times since then.
