Just a couple of recruiting tidbits to pass along.
Waianae offensive lineman Onesimus Clarke says he is up to five Division I scholarship offers. The 6-foot-5, 290-pounder, who was named to the Honolulu Star-Advertiser All-State first team this past season, says he has received scholarship offered from Boise State and Nevada to bring his total to five. Clarke also holds offers from BYU, Oregon State and Hawaii.
Fresno State, with new head coach Jeff Tedford, is continuing to ramp up its recruiting efforts in the islands. The Bulldogs, who signed Kamehameha linebacker Tainoa Foster and Leilehua lineman Netane Muti last year, has made offers to two Hawaii kids over the last few days.
