Ah You joins Kaimuki’s Sama Pa’ama in the Huskies’ 2019 class and there could be more on the way. Saint Louis defensive tackle Faatui Tuitele has UW in his top 5 and Kapolei offensive lineman Julius Buelow and Punahou linebacker Maninoa Tufono have also shown interest in UW.
UW made Tufono’s Top 14 list and the Huskies are one of six schools still in the running for Kapolei linebacker Peni Naulu.
Washington signed Pearl City defensive end Zion Tupuola-Fetui to its 2018 class.
Ah You, who is 6-foot-1 and 215 pounds, chose the Huskies out of at least 13 schools who offered, including Arizona State, Oregon and Oregon State in the Pac-12 and Nebraska, Ole Miss, Kansas State and Hawaii among others.
Ah You made the Star-Advertiser All-State first team as a junior and was a second-team selection as a sophomore.

Hammah!
Great jobs to all of our student athletes.
Go and represent the 808!
Bow Down… WOOF!
Good luck and great choice🤙🏽
Cheeehuuuu!!! GOOOOO DAWGS!!!
He’ll be the leader of the Red Raiders defense, DA REBEL SQUAD! Hope that the coaches are smart and don’t over use him like last year when he returned kicks and punts. He is a very talented athlete but it showed at the end of the season, especially in the playoffs, when he was also banged up. All things being said, he is one of the top defensive players in the state.
He reminds me of another Huskies Beast ILB.
Halawa’s Ink Aleaga (pac-5) who is still in charge of football athletes @ Washington
Eeehhhh……what happened to staying home and playing for your community? aannyywwaayyss!!!
