Gianna Araki talks about a sophomore season that ended with a state championship for the Leilehua Mules. Araki batted .467 with seven HRs, 23 RBIs and an OPS of 1.641. She was voted to the All-State first team as a utility selection.

    I am so proud of my granddaughter Gigi, she is not only a gifted softball player, she puts her heart in everything she strives for, on the field and in her studies. She is so caring and a friend to everyone. She is the best.
