Two-time defending ILH champion Damien is the top seed in Division II in the Wally Yonamine Foundation/HHSAA State Baseball Championships beginning Wednesday at Hans L’Orange Park.

Kamehameha-Hawaii, which won the state title two years ago, is seeded second, followed by the KIF champion, which will be decided today, weather permitting.

Kauai is the defending state champion after it beat Damien 5-4 in the final last year.

No. 4 seed Molokai will open the tournament at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday against Farrington.
