The Moanalua boys volleyball team will attempt to win its eighth OIA crown in nine years when the league playoffs begin next week.

Na Menehune, which lost their first match in more than four years in the regular season this year, are the No. 1 seed out of the East and will host the winner between Waipahu and Farrington on Thursday, April 18.

The Division I playoffs begin next Wednesday with Kaiser and Kapolei the host sites for two playoff games.

Waialua, which has never won an OIA title in boys volleyball, is the top seed out of the West in Division II with Kahuku the top seed coming out of the East.
