Three of Hawaii’s best teams will face off with three California powers in this week’s Kapalama Cup on the Kamehameha campus.

The host Warriors share a pool with Fountain Valley and Santa Barbara.

Kamehameha-Hawaii and Hawaii Baptist are in the other pool with Edison of Huntington Beach, Calif.

The tournament begins on Thursday with Fountain Valley playing Santa Barbara at 5 p.m. and Edison meeting Hawaii Baptist on the other court. The Eagles play Kamehameha-Hawaii after that with KSH and Edison wrapping up the first day.

Fountain plays Kamehameha after the 5 p.m. game and immediately plays a rested Santa Barbara squad after that.

Crossover games will be held on Friday at 5 p.m. and the tournament championship is scheduled for around noon on Saturday.

As always, there will be an all-team social after the championship.
